Founded in 2017, The Growing Academy was created with a simple but powerful vision, to bridge the gap between therapy and education by providing children with meaningful learning experiences in an environment where they feel safe, capable, and celebrated.

We support children with diverse developmental profiles through evidence-based intervention, specialised education, and inclusive learning experiences that nurture not only academic growth, but also communication, independence, emotional regulation, confidence, and social connection.

Our programmes combine the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), early childhood education, and child-centred teaching to create personalised learning journeys that meet every child where they are. Rather than focusing on limitations, we focus on possibilities.

At The Growing Academy, learning extends beyond the classroom. We work closely with families, schools, and professionals because lasting progress happens when everyone grows together.

Over the years, we have proudly supported many children in developing the skills and confidence needed to transition successfully into mainstream preschools and primary schools, while helping others build lifelong functional skills that empower them in everyday life.
